New Paddock City...
« on: 19 August 2012, 04:16:49 PM »
...in the great 'State of Confusion'! ;)

Well, every town needs a Town Limits sign.

The town as it stood in 1887.

The noon stage rolls into town.

"Madame Moustache's" ~ opening for business soon.

"We are the Law!" The local lawmen, the Twerps!

A disagreement turning nasty outside the 'Aces High' saloon!

The Commercial District takes shape.

I like it. Wish I could find some time and work at my western city again. How did you do the signs?

The building signs are either downloads from the Wargames Foundry site, things I found on the net using Google searches or made with Word.

Glad to see the town has a cemetery. Is it called Boot Hill by any chance ??? :D

Great stuff. ;D

You are inspiring me to cease with adobe production and build some out of wood. :)

Mighty fine town developing there judge, shall have a mosey on down on the 3.10 from Yuma, quicker than the stagecoach, I hope to be there by high noon, trust the Madame's place will be open, I have a fistful of dollars to spend. The rest of the brothers are riding down, I didn't join them as I didn't want to end up with a rawhide. In the mean time hang em' high.

Who makes the Madame Moustaches building?
They are all by Battle Flag, except for the sloping roof building which is an 'old' H G Walls wooden kit building.

Excellent buildings and I like the theme for the town.  It makes staging games much more atmospheric and allows the gamers to get into role.  I am planning something similar for my home town called 'El Diablo'.  I will post some pictures soon.
