More Slaughter on Mars (pic heavy)
« on: September 24, 2012, 12:09:31 PM »
More pictures from the battle of Kaas-Naas-Ooktaa  (see Malamute's post http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=46237.0 for the full details)

The Breakfast club atop a mesa viewing the Martian sunrise

The crew of the Japanese Aerial Defence Platform take in the early morning air

The ILN Overseas reporters photograph the sunrise

A pair of gentlemen adventures accompanying the ILN chaps

The slaughter of the ILN chaps at the hands of the Martians, a silent and deadly attack that took the reporters completely by suprise

Unaware of the impending attack, the coolies prepare the mining train for departure

Railway officials supervise the loading

Supplies for the journey

Roused by the fighting, gentlemen volunteers and mine officials leave their tents and prepare to defend the mining camp

Crews of the steam walkers make for their machines, only one of them mananged to engage the enemy, the other two were unable to get up sufficient steam before the attack ended

A view of the vehicle park from the deck of a Japanese 'nef

Meanwile, further down the Kaas-Naas-Ooktaa valley, another group of Martians has their eyes on a European column

The column advances . . .  their fate will be the subject of another post.

More pictures from the battle of Kaas-Naas-Ooktaa  (see Malamute's post http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=46237.0 for the full details)

The crew of the Japanese Aerial Defence Platform take in the early morning air

From what Malamute said, a bit too much of the air, and a bit too little of the view.  lol

A pair of gentlemen adventures accompanying the ILN chaps

In their case, a bit too much of the view, and less of the details.

Crews of the steam walkers make for their machines, only one of them mananged to engage the enemy, the other two were unable to get up sufficient steam before the attack ended

For a second, I though you had gotten our own Herr Rupe to play, then I realized you said one of the walkers actually got moving...  :D

Meanwile, further down the Kaas-Naas-Ooktaa valley, another group of Martians has their eyes on a European column

Inspiring piccie, that!

Truly lovely all!

Now, Monsieur Bibby isn't it time you added your promised two farthings? (No fear, Dr., as I await as well your 'The column advances . . .  their fate will be the subject of another post.')

If I wasn't at work now (gone 9:00pm) and didn't work Sunday you might be right  :?

:o awesome game! love those vehicles!
on picture #10, the one after line "Crews of the steam walkers make for their machines, only one of them mananged to engage the enemy, the other two were unable to get up sufficient steam before the attack ended"
Who's the manufacturer of the miniatures wearing the plate chest and helmet?
