NeoSovs: progress and pictures.

So, I mentioned in an earlier thread that I was putting together a little NeoSov force for an unspecified game. I painted up a few models and deployed them yesterday in a game of (of all things) Rogue Trader, so here are a few photos!



Here are the Guards advancing -- I only had a few of them in this game, but there are more painted, including some more riflemen, a machine-gunner and a sniper. They are Fantasians from the old Legions of Steel game. As you can see, they are all the same body, just with different arms, but in practice on the tabletop I didn't think this was very noticeable.



And these are the rank-and-file riflemen, also advancing. I painted them a while ago and only recently dusted them off, so please forgive the rather crude face of the guy on the left. They could do with being rebased as well.

So, anyway, many thanks to everyone who suggested models for this project -- it is still continuing, and I haven't forgotten about it!

Don't think I haven't been tempted! If I see it at a price I can justify to my conscience, I will definitely pick some up!

I picked some up (ended up selling them because I quit the project).  I have a handful of Chinese Volunteers and a helicopter left sitting around I may paint up for fun.
