Questions about "Heroes", Dark Age rules
« on: October 05, 2012, 07:55:29 PM »
Hei,

was reading after quite some time the "Inquisitor" rulebook again and stumbled over that pic:

I realy like the cover-artwork, have quite some vikings and was wondering if these rules still are available in some sort.
So, is ther anybody out there who could help me getting these?
And, could anybody who knows them and played them tell me little more about them?
Are they skirmish rules, worth hunting for?

Help would be welcome :)

I played them sometime in the late '70s/early '80s. They're fun, but they're essentially a set of role-playing rules. Most of the pages of the book are taken up with the cost of various items, and that sort of thing. The combat rules amount to about 1-2 pages out of 60-80, are very basic, but could be used as skrimish rules...My copy went the journey some time ago.

Thanks for the info  :)
Sounds interesting to me, will try to find a copy.
Shame your copy is gone.

So, anybody out there having one copy of the rules?
