Celtos Dwarves are much more viking inspired than anything else but you might find something in there.

I think they are just about covered by others

Westwind do foot and mounted on Rams - they also have a highland leader riding a Highalnd Cow but seems OOP.
GW have the very old McDeath range only available on ebay and lots of ££££s
Black hat have a rather nice range
Ghost/Old Glory have a few packs
Alternative armies ahve a pack of their berserkers
