Graeme has posted a load of these out today; all UK orders, the Euro & International ones will go tomorrow. We have ran out of Misty's, some people have them, and the rest will go out when the restock arrives, hopefully Friday 11th. If yours has gone you should get an email from us via WordPress.

Got my shiny printed copy yesterday & must say it is rather spiffing. You are more than welcome to the contents of my wallet for any printed material, just not those damned PDF thingies - hate 'em!

Lmao, gotta agree with Stavros - I can never print & bind a pdf as well as you can get them done :)
