help for finding a mini...

Hi everybody!
I hope this is the right place to post this...
I am looking for a model I saw some time ago (and I didn't buy... I don't know what I was thinking!!  ) ... it is a 28 mm fat man, shirtless, with a top hat, a butcher knife on the left hand and a pig on the right shoulder. It could fit both pirate and post-ap theme.... I tried to find it on the net, but until now I couldn't! For sure someone of you guys out there on the net know this model! Can you tell me who produces it?
