Help finding childhood mini?

Hello all,

I thought I might tap into the wonderful pool of knowledge here at Lead Adventure and pick the brains of some of those here who might be able to assist me.  Back in the early 80's I obtained (and probably traded soon thereafter) a miniature that I cannot for the life of me seem to locate.  I know this is a vague description but does it ring a bell with anyone by any chance?

-bald man sitting on thrown in robe hunched over forward extending right arm
-nude or partially nude female lying at his feet
-throne was on round platform carried by four grunts (may have been orcs but were painted black)
-platform was covered with a sheet that had pentagram molded into (but may have been painted)

I was going through some early Dragon magazines and got the nostalgia bug and would like to see if this mini was as good as remember or if the rose colored lenses have altered reality.

A big thanks ahead of time for any help directing me to the name, sculptor and/or if it might still be available somewhere.
