I haven't added this one to my usual thread, as I thought it may not be exclusively of interest to devotees of the French & Indian War or those tempted to be so

Although there were no uniforms for ratings in the period, sailors did dress fairly distinctively, this one's wearing "slops" instead of breeches, a short jacket and a smallish tricorn, he's armed with a pistol and cutlass.

I've not done any packs of sailors (yet

), but I couldn't resist adding those lovely Ainsty sailing vessels to our online shop, every ship ordered from us will have one of these new "Soldiers Free" chaps with it

Brilliant and potentially useful in very diverse settings: could be part of the (un?)fortunate crew discovering a mysterious (Skull?) Island / Lost Continent, for instance.
