Bandaged Head from Four A Miniatures
« on: 24 November 2012, 10:19:36 PM »
This big bruiser is from Four A miniatures and aptly named as Bandaged Head on the site.

A heads-up for those that may not be familiar with range.
He is LARGE, standing at 39mm tall!
That is a 40mm MDF base that he is standing on.
Makes for an excellent Flesh Golem or similar type of construct.
Thinking about it, it could be a naked Space Marine, if anyone was thinking of doing something along those lines......

It takes to paint really well, and this was my attempt at trying to reflect the image portrayed in a diagram I saw of muscle structure at my osteopath's.  ::)
Not sure it worked, but I am pleased with the result.

Interesting choice of colours! Did you use a flash when taking this photo?

I am totally in agreement about 4A minis. They have some great stuff. I particularly like the snow troupers and the creature.... And the zombies naturally  :D

Perhaps there should be a disclaimer "unsuitable for minors" on jim and the fix it crew tho.
... ??? Am I allowed to say that  ???...

Great job their Mason. I know you have some other minis by them, looking forward to seeing them too.

The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Thanks, chaps!

No flash, but the light may have been too close... ::)

Here's another one cropped from a different picture:

It probably shows the colouration a little better.
