The trail boss, cook, & cow hands, maybe even the rancher that hired them all.

I've already cut several from my plans, simply because I couldn't think of any way to make them special.
Most people even in the west were just average every day folks. Without them the specials won't be very special.

Right, I'm simply saying for gameplay, my Townsperson "character" would cover the vast majority of the town folk...ie. You draw a Townsperson card, you can use your Barber, dentist etc.

I have some Knuckleduster civvies I'll be painting up - may grab some of the newer Black Scorpion civvies too.  :D

Blue moon , do a nice set of civilians of various guises- they paint up a lot better than the box art work!

I know you have a bunch of Black Scorpion minis - how do the civvies scale up to them?

They are smaller than Black Scorpion. There is also a variation i size across the 20 figures as well , the ladies are smore svelte. Once they are on the table it all disappears. No reason not to mix them. If you want a comparison shot happy to set one up

Not needed, as long as they're not significantly smaller (some of the lines advertised as "true 25mm" etc.).

Reaper has some NOT sluts but lots of cleavage etc. I know because I have been collecting a female posse for LOTOW (Gang has a Madam and a Nun so quite the contrast).

Black Scorpion has three or four sets (too many honestly) of bad-ass gun toting female cowboys who look ridiculous.

BUT, their two civvies sets each have a fantastic whore/prostitute/soiled dove.  I'll be grabbing some of them as I need civvies (and I need prostitutes!  who doesn't!?).

I did think Joshua Graham from Fallout: New Vegas would be an excellent Old West character.
He was originally a Mormon missionary sent to spread the Gospel to the tribals.
But, after falling in with the wrong crowd he got set on fire and thrown off the Grand Canyon.
So in the game he is driven by a mix of piety and hunger for revenge.

While I'm on the subject, any idea where I might find a head all bound up in bandages like that?
I have a conversion to do! :)

It would be a little painstaking...but surely you could do the gauze yourself with a properly cut/sized type of high-weave linen?

I may be grabbing some of the Brigade Games "bushwackers" as they have excellent spook hoods on.

I was thinking about it...you could do something similar with thinly cut strips of slightly stretchable plastic - think of the mailing envelopes (not the Tyvek stuff).  They're made of that tough, durable, yet stretchable material.  Cut it thin enough, apply it, with a bit of stretch so it holds, and glue in place somehow? :D
