Pulp Girl Must Die
« on: December 04, 2012, 03:31:54 AM »
Tonight we decided to play scenario #4, Death Trap. Before the scenario I used my 1 experience point to give Naga a new ability. I chose to give her the ability “Fierce”. I used my Network of Supporters to get “Snitch” along with “Rumors and Gossip”. Our mission was called upon by the local authorities who informed the rest of the gang about Pulp Girl’s freedom being at stake.

Foreign Officer- The commanding officer station to guard the pavilion. You can never be sure who’s side the authorities will take.
Official Report- The local guards’ report talking about any rumors and tips they’ve gotten over the last few weeks.
Camouflaged Rifles- A stash of newly developed rifles. They were supposed to go to the militia but they probably won’t even notice if one shipment is missing.
Crooked Guard- Willing to give away any information for the right price. He could easily go either way if a fight broke out.

Pulp Girl is caught in a death trap, surrounded on all sides by Charnok’s notorious gunrunners. There doesn’t seem to be any way out for our daring adventurer.

Pulp Girl survives the death trap and establishes a new contact, the promise of fresh supplies, and hard won experience. I earned 5 reputation and gained +1 gear, +1 contact, and +1 experience

Well done, keep it going :)

Just wonderful. This is how I like my adventure games - fast, furious, and looking good! Tell me those tiles aren't regular old floor tiles with a pattern in them?

Great looking game and  nice write up.
I started reading up on the rules today and I'm still trying to work out what's what.

Cheers,

It’s a fair cop. Guilty as charged.  lol

In my defense, I think it should be known that we weren’t playing on the floor. If we had been, I’d still be laying there.  ;D

Hey, by the way I was checking out your figures. You have lots of cool stuff. I'm trying to talk Dad into buying the Mud Men and the Iron Servant. :D

Awesome battle report.  I still love the consistency of your buildings and terrain.  It suits the minis and themes well.
This is my boomstick!

Great report and lovely set-up!

I do believe that it is, at least partially, your fault that one of our group has ordered the .45 Adventures rules, so I dare say that we shall be playing a little Pulp Adventure soon.

Haha! Rumbled!

Looks like a fun game. I've got a few years yet but my daughters on her way to playing some proper games with me. She's only nine now tho...still...plenty of time to make terrain and paint minis for her..then she make terrain and paint minis for me  :D

I do believe that it is, at least partially, your fault that one of our group has ordered the PULP ALLEY rules, so I dare say that we shall be playing a little Pulp Adventure soon.

Fixed it for ya Mason.

Or did you really mean you bought the OTHER brand of Pulp rules?

That's rather akin to going to the Bentley dealership, and asking for a Fiat isn't it?

Pardon my partisanship, Pulp Alley rules are more than a little bit special,
like that Dynamic Duo that brings them to us, Phipps & Daughter, Dave & Mila, Phantom Ace & Pulp Girl...
