The obvious thing (for me) would be to use the Acolyte profile, but reduce Strength by 1, and Move by 1" (for a - 3 pt. reduction in cost).
If you wanted to get fancy, you could also use some special rules for them to represent their childish and capricious natures.
Don't Play With Your Food! [-2 pts.]
The character is fond of toying with his enemy when he or she should be finishing the job! Once a model possessing this trait has inflicted Vitality loss on a foe in close combat, it must make a TN3 Resolve goal roll, or its next attack must be a combat maneuver--either a Trip or Trick (see below). Test each turn against this TN3 until the model passes the check, at which time it may resume normal attacks against its foe. If charged by other foes, it may attack and defend against the new threat normally. Ignore this trait if outnumbered in close combat.
Trick: New Maneuver
This maneuver represents either physical attempts to throw a foe off balance, or verbal jibes intended to enrage or distract a foe. Models choosing this option use a special action and make an opposed Agility or Mind check (their choice) versus a target model within 3" of them. The target opposes using Agility or Resolve (his choice). If the tricking model wins, the target takes no damage, but suffers +1 to any TNs on his next action, and any foes striking him in close combat enjoy +1D to attack goal rolls until the beginning of the tricking model's next turn.
