Here are the better pics of Sir Jacobi Hawksmoor, as I've spontaneously named him.  lol

Here are the Kthonean's that I painted up for our Ruins of Vanis-Trymno board.  They are all from Reaper and were selected using the tag Aberration.

I really like the blue on Jacobi's scabbard. That truly spiced an old-scoop mini up nicely. The contrast between the green and red on that robe is great though. I wouldn't have thought of it, but now I'm just looking for a figure that needs it. Very cool.

Actually, a funny thing about the 'red' is that it looks red in this pic, but is actually a warlock purple/magenta color with heavy purple ink glaze.  Once I hit the gloss coat with matte spray they all went from their magenta look into a dark purple, then on to more reddish tones when uploaded.

Fantastic job as usual. The Kthonean's are simply great. Really like the colors you used on them. Sir Jacobi looks good as well but like the shield the most.

I like the choice of colour palette as well. The depth of colour on the reds and the purples up against the more vibrant green really gives this that "otherwordly" feel the sculpts need.

Thanks, I did a free hand on it and still don't like it.  Glad you do Imp!  :D

Thank for the kind feedback to all of you.  I'm putting up a gob more in a few minutes.

Had some time with my camera set up and the new figs we've been using with our new terrain for the Epic Heroes supplement to Brink of Battle.

Here's the Kthonean cult worshipping their dark god, as well as some mock battle scenes for your eye candy enjoyment!

Not only are all your minis & terrain BEAUTIFULLY modeled & painted, there's SO MUCH of it. Talented AND prolific are a formidable combination. GREAT WORK!

Thanks Funghy!  These are all examples of what you can do with the Brink of Battle skirmish game, and its forthcoming fantasy supplement Epic Heroes. You can find more info on our website at www.brinkofbattle.com

I'm striving to give creative gamers a bigger toolbox for their imaginations, while also granting players who like a particular fantasy background from other games the ability to translate those settings into my system.

I will keep these pics and projects coming.  Drew's warband for our demo table will be the next batch of photos.

The in action pictures are great. Is BOB scaless? in the sense you could use 15's with them?

It's meant for 20mm up to 54mm.  However, if you can make it work, go for it!  Determining Line of Sight might be harder at 15mm, but there's nothing stopping you from doing that rules wise.
