Classic Warzone Capitol and Mishima
« on: 29 December 2012, 10:26:07 AM »
Hi folks,

more or less the last big posting in 2012... I recently was approached to sell my Warzone forces.
I gave in and sold my Capitol army, but it brought back some nice memories since I always loved Warzone. A real nice game that was IMO way superior to that 40K edition of that time.
Anyway, I decided to take some pics of my two armies and here they are...
(Be kind, I painted these years and years ago!)

Capitol

Free Marines

Martian Banshees

Desert Scorpions

Inquisition

Mishima

Crimson Devil

Ronin Samurai

Tiger Dragon

Hatamoto

Dragon Bike

Combat Warhead

Suicide Warhead

Ashigaru

cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Great paintjobs and some very classic models. I can never decide if I love these models or think they are too strange for my taste. But I think I am leaning towards the first  lol

Very nice PJs. Figures were a little stocky for my own tastes but there were some lovely minis in the ranges.

Nice Job, I've always had a soft spot for Warzone figures.

Nice paint.
There are some nice models in there.
I split a big bag o' these with a mate recently, taking the german (bauhaus?) half.
That first pick makes me think they'll look good with some catachan heads mixed in the bunch.

I wouldn't have been able to part with this.

Excellent brushwork. Wish I painted that well years ago...

Very nicely done, not my favourite figures but well executed  8)

I particulary like the kabuki-za faces.

I have a bunch of the Mishima figures (all unpainted of course) and yours are now saved for reference. They look fantastic and I would be very proud to own those ronin samurai or that dragon bike.  :o :-* :-* :-*

He painted them in the nineties most likely. Green rims was the style at the time. ;)
