What is the best glue for plastic 1/72 scale soldiers?
« on: 04 January 2013, 11:08:14 PM »
Just got my models delivered to my door. Never worked with plastic before and
all I have is super glue for my metal minis. Does that work or is their
something else I should grab from my local hardware store? No gaming shop so if
I need to order it I will but if there is a nice glue I can get let me know.
Cheers

If the models are hard plastic, you should use model airplane cement. It will create a stronger bond by actually melting the two parts together. Superglue will not pull apart, put has very weak shear strength. The parts may twist apart during game play. Soft plastic means superglue or vinyl cement.
