They look sweet! Great work there.
"The sword sung on the barren heath,
The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Absolutely chuffing magnificent.

But... I have a box or two of Zvezda samurai.  I never did anything with them because I couldn't shift the flash and mould lines in any satisfactory way.  What did you do with yours?

Any chance of a better look at the trees? What'd you use for em?

While waiting for Frank to reply, I'd like to mention that I used to find a pyrogravure to be a useful tool for smoothening over what was left of flash and mould lines, after having removed them with a knife.

Sorry for the late answer. For removing the flesh and mould lines I am using a scalpel like this one:

The new ones are really sharp! Always try to cut instead of push or scrape. I hope that will help you.

By the way…I found a new thing (to me) called “Transfer Medium”. With this paste you can transfer printed texts or pictures to your miniature, vehicle or…

I have used it for my “maku”

These trees are ordinary “railway-scale-modelling” ones. I will do some close ups with the next pictures of this project.
