Yes, i'm sure we'll give around the same amount of notice - so would-be participants can psych themselves up!  ;)

As the Prof once said, basically the rules are: paint 5 figures, take a picture of them, send it in. That's it. We shouldn't need to tie ourselves up in ever longer and more complicated rules if people simply approached it in the right spirit.
And we won't do so - so let's hope LPL7, when it arrives, does not have to go undergo such trials...

And we have not even started to discuss that "Photoshop"-isssue once again ...  ::)

And there's always an inverted "V for Victory" hand gesture waiting those that try to hard to be lazy.

But I have to agree that themes have so far scared me away (although, had I known about this years project, I would have joined).
Who's running it this year? :)

How about Scandinavians ? ;)

Oh, I'd like that. I'd finally get to paint this:

A personal note: funny think how CanO'Beer, son of Hammers , used to fit in a sling like that. These days my back would snap like a dry twig.

Hey hey hey! Does it include Finland? The Scandinavian peninsula only scratches Finland's northern parts, and there are multiple definitions for the term. I require official clarification to this border issue!

If we're getting Scandinavia (+ Finland) I must insist on 'Malta' as a theme, in order to establish geographically significant equality ;D
(it would actually be a good one, incidentally)

I've got the teams assembled and ready for priming. Game on gentlemen? =) I'm still not sure I'll participate but I really feel like it. The realistic part of me knows I won't have the time for it... =/

Of course it will! While the term in its academic sense doesn't include Finland, I believe that most people think its part of Scandivia :) I would assume that the same would go for the UK, and include Ireland*.

If there is a 7 I may have to throw down again!

The LPL got me to paint 14 Minotaurs ready for a comp last year and I could do with that extra motivation again. The bonus rounds are always a fun challenge and getting to see everyones work is ace, unless your average paint skills keep going up against the comp leaders for the first 4 weeks...  :o

3 teams to enter was a great kick off last time, should do that again!
Saving the last bullet... just in case.

See my wonderful BLOG of stuff!

Come on mate....you know you want too...everyone is doing it....if you've got the teams sorted then get to painting...that way there won't be quite the rush when the game is officially on.  At least that's the premise I'm trying to work under!

We need you phreedh!

Cheers,

Blue
