You'd think there'd be more French artillery, considering its importance.  However, the 75 is available from Brigade Games:

i though the french WWI range was not available anymore ?

And same problem with woodbine design (two guns for turks one for brittons ....nothing for the french ....as usual!!)
empress has a very nice 75 but without crew!

There's hardly a shortage of  French 75mm guns in 28mm. Old Glory do one (with crew). Black Tree Design do one for their Polish range, with crew in French uniform. Actually the BTD version is probably the nicest one out there. Tiger make one, Foundry make one, Brigade games make one. Just exactly how many versions does the market require?

There should also one be available from Scarab miniatures, although I seem just to be able to find the crew and the respective Ammunition caisson but not the gun itself.  ???

but   ,with crew, for 1914 ( ie without helmet, long jacket, cartridges box, putties etc .....) suitable with great war miniatures range! :D

I thought about it but there is two problems, putties (in 14 artillerist wore small leather gaiters) and jackets (they wore a short "shell jacket"named "ras de cul") the "best" minis would have been foundry 1870 (without cartridge belts and cartidge boxes ) ....in fact the best thing would have been to "finish" (for the minimum of minis playables!!) the great war range just with a gun and crew!! 8))
(ohwe forgot a manufacturer......Renegade did the same .. no artillery for 1914 !)
I totaly agree with you that for the end of the war there is enough  french artillery   !!! but not for 1914.

best regards

Not quite as simple a job as that. Those puttees would have to go, too.

I'm thinking about converting WWI French infantry for the 3rd Carlist War... Wait, shouldn't we be discussing 1850's kaiserlich und königliche Armee:D

Pás de problème, mon ami.  8)

The only Italian Independence Wars 28mm ranges I know are the BH and Mirliton. The figures seem to be compatible, but I dislike the figures.
