Bit more of an update.

My girlfriend went on holiday for a week and I got left at my old folks home.
Long story short, I can't keep a focussed mind in this house and I managed to ruin both the head, and the body!

Well, last night (and a few nights ago) I have been productive and..

The spine has gone for now, though it's being properly planned out this time. I'm toying with a texturing tool to give it at least SOME detail, testing still ongoing. >.<

Got to working on the arms, and I even attempted a way to make the hands! I'd say it's ok so far..

Then... There's the head.
I had to strip off 60% of the putty I had already shaped due to the mistakes I'd made, and I was dreading working it up again like I had before... Until I realised I'd done it all wrong, before!

The ridges on the top lip will be toned down.
The tail you saw above is just making a redundant part look prettier (I've realised the pose is off from the hips, so the tail will be coming off in time.)

Oh, I used a pair of chaos marine horns to mock up the DC's horns, too!
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

These magnificent pictures aren't helping my impatience  ;)
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons,
for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

Love it.
I think I'll go make a 28mm "Fat-Man" just to have something that can kill it in one shot ;)

That reminds me, I am in the process (Was. It's been a few months since I touched it) of making an Incinerator and adapting Brother Vinnis BoS arms to hold one.
Maybe I should sculpt my own arms so that they fit the models and just throw them out there for sale..

So, I've been doing bits and bobs to the Deathclaw and not allowing myself to focus properly.

But today I did a bit to the side that's still related..

Showed my girlfriend.
First thing said was "Wow... That's tiny!"

Oh yea, just as a note.. I am aware the eyes are huge. And that it may look silly.
I may well rectify this.

Very sorry, life's been unusually shitty towards me, lately! Bill fuckups, laptop dying on me, relationship hiccups and the like have left me mentally drained lately!

However, there is some sort of update. I have boiled the super scupey at last, and I am trying to work on lining up the head and arms so that they fit/ look nice (The head is too narrow! D:)
I'm GS'ing the lower legs "currently" and he's looking quite imposing.

I apologise for this TERRIBLE image;

Oh yea, I recently got a letter back about a job I applied for/ was interviewed for and they want to employ me.
So it's possible I will have absolutely no time to be human/ myself and no will to live for a while. I am going to desperately try doing bits and bobs for the 'claw in that time, I promise D:

First things first, 4 days of 9am-4pm training in a town an hour away. Leaves me half of Friday D:
After that, only time will tell.
