now Remgain are you planning to use the newcoming plastic minis from Perry? It is AWI, but maybe with some modification they could be excellent troops.

I'm not an american history expert, so maybe it's totally wrong...  lol

Musket & Tomahawks contains AWI army lists as well, so the answer is YES! :P
I'll be attending at next Salute in London and, as usual, I'll travel with an empty suitcase.
Well, maybe not on the return... lol

Ciao!

Here some pics of the demonstration games we held during the Model Hobby Expo in Milano.
Two games, the French with a large nurmber of Huron allies attacking the small village defended by a mix of British/Provincial units.
Some British reinforcements available with random entry.
Rules: Musket & Tomahawks.
Miniatures: Front Rank, Gallopping Major, North Star, Perry (in alphabetical order  ;) )

We had great fun, both the games ended with French victories, due also to the late arrival of the British reinforcements and some "skilled" (read: lucky) die roll of the French players. lol

Sorry for the crappy pics, more, better, will follow!

Ciao!
Marco

Ciao,

as promised, please find some BETTER pictures!

Enjoy!! :)

Everything was quiet in the country...

... the workers are loading a wagon....

...the usual Sunday sermon...

But the storm is about to break:the warlike Huron party approaches...

The defenders hastily take position!

On the right flank the Canadian militia advances in thick woods... on the background a small detachment of Mohawk scouts prepare to slow their advance.

At last the British reinforcement join the battle...

...screening the threatening advance of a small unit of Courier de bois.

The Canadian militiamen reached the outakirts of the village. A unit of Torriess take position!

Along the main road the line infantries front each other. The Regiment de Languedoc, supported by the Compagnie Franche de la Marine, open a deadly fire at long range!

Last but not least! Myself... with a thoughful Luigi... :D

Hope you liked it!!

Hi Marco,

a great table with some beautiful miniatures and terrain elemts.

Which size have the larger trees?
I've seen similar "Chinese trees" on Ebay, but I'm a bit unsure in respect of a good size fpr 28mm miniatures.

Cheers
Stefan

Thank you Stefan!

I suppose the size is about 140mm, but I have to check at home.
Anyway, those Chinese trees are really great value!!
Highly recommended!

Marco
