A very old Ral Partha figure I believe ,had him over 12 years ,Im pretty sure it was part of a Cuthulu set ,I think all these figures are from similier sets

I think the RAFM's are closer to a 25mm range if I remember right.

Their new range is now 28/30mm, but their original (now called "classic") range was always a bit smaller, 25mm maximum.
