Sarissa Precision planked wagon

I just got one of the Sarissa Precision planked wagons to see how they would work out for ACW. A really nice laser cut mdf model. Size wise it looks good as well. I just need to source a drivers next.

I had one of those, it's nice but I prefer the 4Ground one so gave that one away. Are you going to paint it? I keep looking at mine but I'm not sure how to approach it.

I've got this guy for my Old West wagon. Would work pretty well for ACW too.

Unfortunately comes with a whip guy but might be worth asking if they'll do two drivers instead?

Nice wagon but I also prefer the 4ground ones.

@Dewbakuk I painted mine very simply using some brown shoe polish then a wash of bedab black (GW) and a dry brush with some grey paint. Nice and simple and this way it kept the nice wood color. Here is one painted with some Ainstey stuff on it.

IMHO yes. For one the 4ground ones are nicer detailed then the sarissa ones. But again that is just my opinion.

I agree, the detail is much nicer. It's largely down to the extra pieces that layer up as bracing etc, gives it a much better finish IMHO.

That looks pretty good Za, cheers. I might give shoe polish a go then
