Heresy's minor Fallen One, as per Lowtardog's link, for Khorne and Blight Vomiting Abomination for Nurgle (he's bigger than the standard Blights) or possibly even the Ghoul King, shorter but still quite a chunky mini.

Also if you're considering converting some placcy Ogres into Chaos Ogryns, the Ork hands are a surprisingly good fit and some of the chaos bits work out ok as well (again- use the links below the tiny pics):
