Here's a list of the models:

Tomax and Xamot: Reaper Chronoscope Cyborgs (Keryx, Cyborg Assassin and Slade, Cyborg Hero) with HeroClix head swaps with greenstuff hair, sash and shoulder guard conversion.  The knife and pistol on the legs were random bits from my box.  Obviously the Crimson Twins have everything set on opposite sides. Xamot even has the scar on his right cheek  

Crimson Guards: Artizan Thrilling Tales Nacht Jager (no conversions)

Destro: Reaper Chromoscope Boris Barayev, Five Suns Smuggler with hand swap, greenstuff collar conversion and a fine jewellry chain for the necklace.

Baroness: Hasslefree Dionne (a) with eyeglasses conversion

Firefly: RAFM USX Ronin (no conversions)

Cobra Commander: Golgo Island/East Riding Colonel Zanzibar with added cobra sceptor and Pulp Figures Hooded Minion head swap.

I can't take credit for this idea - special thanks to Michka's fantastic thread on LAF Future Wars for the inspiration for the project.  It started with Cobra Commander and then kind of snowballed from there...
