He is indeed one of Marks; part of the original Grenadier Future Warriors. 

He was in an original blister pack with the tall scavenger next to him (Yes, they had been in the lead mountain for that long!).  The packaging went in the bin ages ago, so I can't tell you the exact description.  I can't find any pics of it online and it isn't part of the EM4 or Merliton ranges.

The conversions are genius, the scultping great and the buggy spot on. What an impressive collection you must have now ;D

Yeah - my Copplestone Fu is quite good - but I couldn't pin-point him either.
