From the aquarium to the garden...........
« on: May 06, 2013, 09:57:40 AM »
I recently posted some photos of various aquarium ornaments suitable as scenery for Pulp games. Now I've found a garden ornament as well! Not only that but it is solar powered and the light comes on and rotates to enable tramp steamers to find my new harbour board I'm building......

£19.99 plus £2.99 p&p from eBay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Solar-Lighthouse-Outdoor-Rechargeable-Garden-Lighting-LED-Lighting-/111039904368?pt=UK_Garden_Lighting&hash=item19da7e7a70

or they do have them in This Is It stores if you are in the UK:

http://www.thisisitstores.co.uk/

£19.99 but obviously no p&p.

Thats a good find. I would probabaly re-do the door as it looks a bit big, but eevrthing else is spot on.

Outstanding.
I want one and... I already have the perfect terrain for it.  ;D

Consider it mine!

Yes, the door is too big. I was thinking of some kind of porch to cover the top of the door.

Or maybe stone steps leading to the door, so you can cover the lower part of the said door?

That does look good. I'd been planning to build one for a Home Guard setting but this may just do the job. It's difficult to tell how these things will scale without miniatures for referencw. Thanks!

Yes a couple of stone steps & a landing would cover enough of the door to bring it right into scale.
