The old burrower bug from starship troopers.
Not exactly Dune-ish, but still a great worm....

This guy has been OOP for a long while now.
But I have a few resin copies I made laying around here somewhere. If you are interested.

Also check out http://achesoncreations.com they have three different poses.

Thanks Quendil, saw that while searching threads here but Ive seen another bigger and with the tri-foil head...dam I wish I knew what project I was going to do before I decided to do them and I would know what I needed before it is that I need it  o_o

and Captn Nemo, thanks to you too, that is the worm I am looking to find a substitute for maybe.... Rebel Minis is coming out with some resin ones later this week. They are doing and re-doing some of the old SST line. AHHHH!!!!! I think the second picture and link may be the ones I'm thinking of!!! love the three poses and the dead one is great as I like to have "dead" figures and models for my games to give the feel of the tide of battle.

Quendil; is there a picture of the MJ worm with a mini or ruler next to it for scale, I couldn't find measurements on the website and they never replied to the email I sent over a month ago?

I do have them somewhere and they are quite large, should work with 28mm ok.  Can't get a pic at the moment as everything is packed up ready to move o_o

You can get them from Wayland Games now I think, if you don't want to deal with Defiance.

Thanks Beefcake, but it was really the rearing one I was after. Can't wait to see it pop up behind some certain VSF Prussians and do some damage.  >:D
