How small are Grymn? The answer is...
« on: April 29, 2008, 03:41:23 PM »
In last week's round of the LPL I entered a Grymn Assault Squad.  I seem to recall a comment about the size, though can't remember exactly what it was.  Just in case anyone is interested here is a "scale" photo using a British penny and a US cent.

If anyone is considering buying these let me say that, being Hasslefree, they may be small but are perfectly formed.  A joy to paint.

At first I read how small is Grimm!

The Grymn are truly small, when I first saw them I was surprised. But in comparison with Haselfree humans they work good.

Kevs a fantastic sculptor but the Grymn and everything else is just too small for my taste.

Its testament to the quality of Hasslefree that it has not stood in their way especially when you consider all the bickering about the size of the Perry plastics.

Agreed!

These are excellent figures.  Saw them in person at Salute this year and was pretty darn impressed.

Very nice paint job as well!

Thanks  :)

You should buy some.  Unless you already have, in which case, buy some more.  Tell them "Orctrader made me..."  ;)

I have to agree. I've bought some Hasslefree stuff and they are beautiful models. The only thing that stops me buying a lot more is that they don't fit in size wise with other ranges. I would love to be able to mix them in. for example with Copplestone Future Wars for my sci-fi games but they just don't look right together.

Having said that I can't knock the quality of the stuuf that you get from Hasslefree and the service is top notch. I will continue to buy from them but just for painting and because I like the models rather than for gaming.
