Lovely paint job,really brings out the character in the minis.

Yeah, lovely characterful face on the drummer. He looks really put-upon, and a bit cheesed off about something. Like how you brought out the quilting on the Havelock, too (an odd thing to admire, perhaps, but I find myself strangely drawn to it).
