Just finished the master mould for the mounted Tribune pack. The third figure a mounted Centurion needs final fitting before the production mould on Friday.

The Tribune's horse has over 40 medals on the harness.

Cheers

We are fairly confident that the pack will be in the store on Friday this week.

I have added the pack to the store. The pack has three mounted staff, a Senior Commander/Tribune, a standard bearer and a Centurion. They all have separate heads and the pack has a total of 7 to choose from. There are two standards and a choice of shields for the standard bearer if you wish to equip him with such. They are in white metal 28mm and cost £10.50 per pack.

This one shows the other head set

These are some very nice additions to the range. Purchase considered – most likely once the cavalry's released. :D

We have just added the Praetorian Cavalry. There are two styles of horse so the Packs have a standard and an option code. We also added a unit deal of 12.

The command pack EIR81

The trooper pack EIR82

The unit deal UD52

The option packs EIR81a and EIR82a just have the other set of horses to those in the original pack. They come with separate heads(all but the officer) and the hexagonal shield. They are in 28mm and all white metal. Packs include the standards and spears shown.

Cheers

Very nice - but I've never really been a fan of those helmets. Are other head options in the pipeline?

We are going to add more helmets styles including face masks. I like the rest will have to wait and see which one Adam dones.

They are very, very spectacular. For me the horses look rather like ponies in comparison with the riders. But most certainly I'll buy them anyway.

roman horses were rather small compared to modern breeds

reenactors use Camargue breeds for accurate representation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camargue_horse

so the sculpts are rather accurate

I also think the horses actually are correctly sized.
