I can't recommend talking to specific display makers enough. Each year, Nic of Eureka Miniatures makes damn sure that he gets in contact with;

And you WILL want a 40K table. It gets the kids in and it's something everyone will recognise. Talk to your local Games Workshop, they'll do a decent job and you may even convert a couple of staffers.

I emailed and posted on their FB page and they kept deleting my posts and ignoring my e-mails.
I have kind of given up on them now tbh.

That's a shame. GW used to run events at our club's Open Day, they looked good (but not as good as our displays   :D ) and a couple of the GW guys played some DBA one year.
