UPDATED VBCW Bolt Action Army Lists and Vehicle Builder

Just updated the Army list and vehicle builder for Bolt Action.
Updates include:
Medium Armour rating now correct
Weapon listing correct for each vehicle type
Some Faction special abilities
Some new vehicle traits
