(COMMERCIAL) Black cat bases?

To be honest, this does sound concerning and all. But still considering the past reputation (and my experience) of Black Cat. I would not consider any money lost just yet. Hopefully everything will be resolved soon though as this is clearly not good for anyone who still needs lead and replies to mail and I would think it might damage the company in the end too.

I must admit this company really is one of those I have great faith in still.

It would be very nice to hear from anyone who has insight.

There is still loads of things I would want to order from them, but I am reluctant to do it at present.

Just had an e-mail from Jo to say my order has been dispatched. Also got a note apologising for the delay. Sounds like they've had a rough run of it the last couple of months.

I too recieved a email, after  waiting over a month for some kind of a response. Said They would ship it out  on the following tuesday. That was about 3 weeks ago. Still no order. Now I am sympathetic to the health and  computer issues they are experiencing, However I feel I have been patient for long enough. I sent them a text last night as per their contact info on the site, still no response...

I apologise for the delay on dispatch of orders, this has been due to ill health. Also our internet has been down for a long period of time and so I have been unable to access anything! Now that I am on holiday from my other jobs I will be making and dispatching all outstanding orders this week and dispatching them. We would like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we have had problems. Once these have been cleared normal service will be resumed but please be aware at the moment it may take 2 weeks to dispatch any new orders placed. Ben is sadly no better, thanks to everyone who has sent us messages whilst he has been ill.

I placed an order on sunday and hadn't seen this thread until today.

I placed an order two months ago. Nothing had turned up after a month so I e-mailed, then e-mailed again, then phoned and texted, no response. About a ten days ago I had a reply from Jo to say they had had issues and would be sorting out back orders. Still waiting mind you. First order with Black Cat Bases, so was starting to get nervous particularly since I had only heard good about them. So now I'm just being patient.    

Dr Zombie-actual date was 16/06/13.

Received my order today. I'd placed the order on the 9/7/13 if that's of any help, so just over a month.

Will order again as there's some other stuff I need off their site.

  That hurts.... placed my order on the second of june, just checked their site.it still states its processing.

I recieved my order today. So I guess they are working their way through back orders.

Placed an order July the 9^th, received it today (August the 20^th).

Bear in mind that in my account it shows as "processing". I guess they're so busy sending orders they waste no time updating the status.

Still have not received my order,  And I don't know what else to do..Can't or won't respond to my emails...at a loss what else I can do...guess that is money just gone.

I think you just need to be patient. I got my order and a week later I got an email from them that my order had been processed.

Seems that they are working their way through back orders.

Any luck or news anyone? Tried getting in touch but only just now. Just thought I'd see if anyone else has anything to report. Good or bad.
