Khurasan releases new 15mm Federal troops

We're very pleased to release two new codes for our enormously popular 15mm Federal troops -- for both the main Federal Army and for those Federal Defense Forces who specialise in killing xenomorphs, the Exterminators.



First up we have company level assets for the Exterminators -- a company commander and exec, a mortar team with the federal mortar, and a gunner with the dreaded SOW -- used to blast holes in tanks or put down especially large and pesky xenomorphs.  Our own Spacejacker did a splendid job painting these up.  In our listings this new set is TTC-2706.  (In the image the mortarmen are separated -- they are the second and fifth figurines.  Large plastic bases are not included.)



The Federal Army is not neglected in this release and receives a Recon or Drone Controller Team (and in Federal forces, these often amount to the same thing) -- a nice little trio who would be handy all on one base in a diorama, or separated working solo.  These would be the perfect complement to our recent;y released Autonomous Small Vehicles (ASVs).  This new set is designated FEDERAL SET 5.

Currently not collecting your Federals, though I'am slowly buying my way through your Neo Sovs (of which I made an order recently along with those Earthdoom suits) looking forward to having them!

Out of interest, I regularly take a peak at the 15mm sci fi TMP, and I heard mention of Federal Special forces and Sci fi Spetznaz, any ETA on them or is that all down to whether the caster can get his shiz together?

Hi Brummie, in this case it isn't a caster issue, it's a me issue!  My new releases are sometimes like the Three Stooges all trying to barge through a doorway at exactly the same time.  :-)  I will be releasing the Federal Special Forces, called SPAR Teams, including their vehicle and battle mecha soon, then the Nova Respublik Spetsnaz will follow (or perhaps I'll release the Novas first).  But I've got two tons of other stuff to release as well!

Haha, well there is no rush, plenty to be getting on with in the mean time, and I will look forward to the release of the new Novas and SPAR teams! As well as whatever comes in inbetween now and then!

A slightly more serious answer on spacejacker -- back in April I believe he was involved in creation of a new game (he works in the video game industry) and I assume that's what's been keeping him busy.

He did paint something for me recently and I heard from him then. I told him he could preview it on his blog, but he hasn't, so I assume he's just super-busy.

Thanks for the news on Spacejacker. Good for him (i presume) if he is super busy and nothing else. I miss the updates to his excellent blog though.
