Drones, Space Marines, MERCS
« on: August 17, 2013, 11:33:47 PM »
Updated the Blog with recent brushwork. Concentrating on rounding out 'skirmish sets' with extra members and drones.

Some really nice brushwork. I like the first bunch of Mercs best.

Great work on all the sets, and I'm glad to finally see the  Eshu International crew in the "flesh"  ;)

Thanks. I'm fond of the Kem Var figs too. Underwhelmed by the sculpt for the KV 7th team member however and the drone aesthetic seemed to match, so ...

I'm gaming Tues eve, (root canal permitting) and I'm not undecided on fielding my USCR heavies or the reinforced KV.  Regardless, I'll try to pay attention long enough to record the game and post a decent Bat Rep.

Those are pretty sweet! Are you using the ultramarines as stand-in for MERCs? Or are you using a different ruleset entiely?

Thanks. No, the SMs are for nostalgia purposes only. I wanted a handful of metal ones for the collection and have been stalking eBay for specific figs.
