(KICKSTARTER) Creative Games Scapes Spaceship X
« on: August 24, 2013, 02:08:55 AM »
Just wanted to post a advertisement (testimonial) for a fairly new Kickstarter. One of the partners is a really good friend and FLGS owner in the Kansas City, MO area. Good people with a good product. If you are interested, please pledge. You will not be disappointed.

Here are a few examples of what I painted some time ago. Some pics were previously post on the forum.

Pretty nice looking - didn't check out the kickstarter.  I have a bunch of dwarven forge stuff which I love, and have some of their kickstarter stuff on order.  I had always wondered about doing a "classic" dungeon crawl in sci-fi.  Would be perfect.  No money at the moment to back anything else though.

can't see anything there that's not already been done regards sci-fi corridors, very bland walls and all the floors sculpted on as they look very flat, almost like transfers. Good luck to them though.

I remember these being posted up a while ago. 28mm and 15mm versions.

Postage across the pond was horrendous I recall, and the half sized walls were a bit of an issue for many.

Look nice painted though,  but plenty of options out there tbh.

I believe that the 1/2 walls were designed to accommodate today's miniatures that have huge close combat weapons and unwieldy weapons of mass destruction.  :D

I hadn't noticed the half-size walls...that is a shame actually.   :'(

the half sized walls are good.

I agree, it makes moving/placing figures easier, and opens lines of sight (player to playing surface) making the table and what is on it look better from more angles.

I have two sets of these and they're great. Don't know if it's been mentioned before, but these pieces are made of hard plastic, (not resin) just like standard model kits. The pieces come on a sprue, with separate walls. If the half-sized walls are really a problem you can add to them easily.

They work great for 15mm spaceship/lab facility corridors.
