Chain of Command full rules review

Much of what I wrote in my "first impression" post will reappear in this review, but I hope to provide a more structured and coherent review and add additional detail about several things that were left out of my previous post. good review  :)

I'm also reading the rules and I'm liking them a lot, lots of good ideas and concepts

For my taste, some game mechanics could have been a little bit more simplified (taking into account some ongoing online discussions that I've read, please note that I'm referring to the game mechanics themselves and not the concepts that are being simulated), but I guess that after a couple of games the odd bits will become familiar

I am also planning to play them in 15mm
