After a break from this project I have decided I want to make up a Sentinel type Squad for myself, the kids of course will be supers from both Marvel and DC worlds.

Has anyone converted the Large Sentinel robots to the Supersystem3 rule set?

LGW

btw I am currently searching for the Sentinel model I have a thread in the wanted section.

One of the most awesome sentinel models came from the Marvel Legends:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Marvel-Legends-SENTINEL-BAF-Build-A-Figure-COMPLETE-mint-condition-18-/141073791325?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item20d8a7395d

It's 18" tall. I owned it once upon a time. It really made the table come alive.

dam that is impressive but out of my budget for a single toy.

I could get a bucket load of Heroclix for that much  lol

Sadly the Clix Sentinels seem to be pretty expensive, the oldest one is now a collectors piece and the newer ones are still playable enough to demand a decent price.

Like the Batmobile, we may just have to hang out for an alternative.

You might be able to convert some other Marvel Legends action figures, like Ultron, Mark I Iron Man, even Iron Man himself?

anyone seen the scale of these guys:

its the Sentinel Mark V #G02 Giant Size X-Men Marvel Heroclix
but the size description has it at the same size as a small mini... are they meant to be as big as a normal Sentinel?

I might have a look at some of the Ironman minis and armoured guys to make a robot type faction for the kids to fight.

I am going to using the Supersyetem3 rules would one Sentinel sized mini be enough or could I use 2?

Those sentinels are about 7" or 8" tall. Inside the icy blast you can just make out a regular sized character trapped.

I have been so out of touch with Marvel would there be ever a time Hydra and The Sentinels would be in league [eg would Hydra ever get a chance to have a Sentinel?]

I really want the big guy, but do like Hydra [I get to be bad guy as the kids will always be the good guys.]

So if I am making up a battle group of the following what would you add to the mix?

Bad Guys [Me]
1x Sentinel Mark V:

3x Crimson Dynamo:

3x James Rhodes:War Machine

The Goodies:
Iron Man [My Son's]

Wolverine [My Son's]

White Queen [My Daughter's]

Jubliee [My Daughter's]

The kids still want one more hero each not sure what they haven't decided yet.

I just updated the previous post with some of the miniatures I am going to be getting.

But I need a "Leader" type mini/character that can tie in the suits together.
Basically the Sentinel, and the other armoured suits have been taken over by <insert villain's name> and they are fighting a small group of Hero's

Anyone got a good idea for the "Big Bad" and I don't want to pay $40USD for one Mini I could easily get 100 cheap single minis instead.

Cheers

Ultron comes to mind. Robot that thinks machines are superior, thus jacks the Sentinel and takes over the suits to convert into minions....

The Leader or Gremlin (in the Titanium Man armor) both super smart, the Gremlin could in theory control the suits easy enough.

Farouk (or other mind controller) (I think that was his name)that was a psychic that was as strong as professor Xavier....he is controlling the power armored men and had a scientist reprogram the Sentinel for him..

Could simply say it is a techno virus that has infected the robot and suits....

I went with the Safe bet and Brought Ultron. it fits in with his DEATH TO HUMANS!!!!

I take it he would have the ability to make more of the suits hence why I have 3 Crimson Dynamo and 3 War Machine suits..

I do intend to repaint the suits with the same colour scheme just not sure what. So in case my son decided he wants War Machine he can and we know who is who.

now I need to sit down and work out what powers each of them have for the Superystem3 rules.

I am wondering if anyone has had a chance to make any of the following for the Supersystem# rules set:

Wolverine
Iron Man [from Iron Man 3 movie]
Vision
White Queen
Jewel
Jubilee

Crimson Dynamo [Suit only]
War Machine [Suit Only]
Sentinel Mk V
Ultron

or where do I start with these characters? Been awhile since I have done any Super stuff.
