15mm near future USMC suggestions
« on: September 14, 2013, 02:41:53 AM »
Evening all, hope someone can help me with this little issue ,I have been working on a 15 mm closet project for a couple of years now just a few figures here a few vehicles there we all know the drill right lol , but now that I am done with my summer project and my gaming space has all but dried up at home (apartment bound)I have decided to drag these little fellas back out and finish em up...will be using a mix of Flytrap factory and GZG , peter pig and rebel minis for the troops and Khurasans medium tank for the armor ,but I need advice on a near future replacement for the AAV7 all ideas are welcome. Also have some old CAV walkers for my recon elements but really need the AAV was thinking of going all tracked but like I said I am open.

The new series of vehicles that were meant to replace the USMC AAV were actually dropped, if your doing it way way into the future, say 2050+ there is no real clue to what the step in for it might be, they may do away with the AAV style vehicle altogether. However its expected that the AAV will likely remain in service for a decade or so to come, as everythings life span is being prolonged.
