Khurasan releases 15mm BTR-3000 Heavy Wheeled APC

We are very pleased to release our latest 15mm vehicle for our Nova Respublik faction, the BTR-3000.

Whilst the Guards and other elite formations employ the powerful Yozhik heavy tracked APC, most other motorised infantry use the ubiquitous BTR-3000.  This large (7.7m long) wheeled APC can carry as armament either the same effective suite of weapons as the Yozhik (the BTR3000PB) or, for export or less politically connected divisions, the same Streletz heavy infantry laser as the Cossack (the BTR-3000 m.2543). 

There is also an unarmed variant of the BTR-3000, the Zmeya, which performs a wide variety of tasks, such as staff vehicle or ambulance, and is often used by the UPSR as an all-terrain vehicle for non-military governmental functions.



All three of the variants may be seen in the image above -- all may be built from the pieces in the kit.  That model was painted by Troop of Shewe.

  wow really like this ! Jon I have a release question for you awhile back over on dwartist blog he previewed some turrets for the caiman in 15mm do you have a estimated street date  for these? as well as your SPAR teams and any word on the nova russ spetsnaz? love all these new miniatures and I realize your a one man show ,but a little love please..... D

awhile back over on dwartist blog he previewed some turrets for the caiman in 15mm do you have a estimated street date  for these?

I want to get in another stock of caimans before I release those, also the new Bobcat, a lengthened body Polecat, which I think will be the perfect bed for the cannon turret, to get a sci fi version of this:



Basically heavy firepower for low intensity combat, or perhaps some AT capability for cash strapped stellar republics....

I look forward to getting some of these in the future, already planned what I will be using them for (Militia APC and Logistics/HQ/Medical which has been lacking in what I have put together for my Neo-Russians).

For now though I have to get those Yozhiks, DOEs and PA-3s done up that arrived a week ago in the post!

  all I can say to that is yes please ! that lengthened polecat will be perfect for my free french forces! btw always loved those AML-90s little car HUGE GUN  whats not to like. thanks for the update .

Very cool vehicle and nice paintjob. I never got into 15mm dont have the room or anyone to play with.
