Eureka 28 Marlburian British.
« on: October 20, 2013, 01:35:01 PM »
Eureka have just produced some sample 28mm Marlburian British Infantry. They are the product of a happy accident, 28mm figures that were meant to be a commission for 15mm ( which have also been produced and will be available in the not too distant).

At present there are but three figures, two hatmen, one marching and one advancing, musket levelled. There is also a horse or dragoon figure mounted.  All are sculpted by the brilliant Alan Marsh, the sculptor responsible for their French Revolutionary and AWI lines.

These are currently just samples and not available on their website. If Nic detects sufficient interest, he has said he will expand the range. The photos don't really do them justice as these are real gems, every bit as good as Alan's other 18th C creations. Those familiar will know what I mean.

I see in your first attempt at displaying the cavalryman you forgot to allow for the original photograph being taken in the antipodes.

Lovely sculpts, but I think the horse looks too small. Strange, as his AWI figures are all fine.
