I've ordered from them before with no difficulties (early 2013)...
As have I. Which is why I didn't hesitate to order this time. Its one thing to keep your business open when there is a health issue but I really wish that they had been upfront about that and made it apparent when I ordered that they were months and months behind in their orders.
I've had to rework a Kult for VuK and put another project on hold.
These are absolutely minor issues when compared with people's health and I really do hope that everyone is soon doing well and they get their business back in order but I am rather resentful that they took my money fully aware that they were not going to be able to fulfil my order in anything approaching a timely fashion.
I made four orders all on the same day from four different sellers and I have received all three of the other orders. Hopefully I can get a refund on my order so I can get the figures I want for another source.
