Any one else had a recent result with their orders - other than Yuber Okami ?
I was thinking of ordering some pigs and chickens to populate a Hamlet for a Vietnam project but having watched this thread grow I'm having second thoughts about ordering from them - unlike some other members who have ordered and are in no particular rush for their items I dont want to have to wait months for my figures.

I emailed them regarding my order and got no response and had to actually raise a dispute with Paypal to get an email from them. Even then I haven't heard back from Jo in over a week.

I totally understand that they are probably swamped with business but the way they have handled this has really only made the situation worse.

Im still waiting on my August order.  Its only a couple of miniatures, but thats not the point really.

The depressing thing is that I would have ordered from then again since if there had been any sign of life

Mmmmm the responses to my question aren't looking too favourable at the moment.
I've ordered from them before with no difficulties (early 2013), as has been said they do some diverse and off the wall figs that you just cant get any where else and this milarky is such a shame as its bound to effect their reputation and peoples trust and could so easily been avoided by a simple post here on LA by them (or emails to waiting gamers) !

I know it's not a perfect situation but personally I'm hoping Ben gets better as soon as possible, the hobby isn't as important as a positive resolution of his health problems.

As have I. Which is why I didn't hesitate to order this time. Its one thing to keep your business open when there is a health issue but I really wish that they had been upfront about that and made it apparent when I ordered that they were months and months behind in their orders.

I've had to rework a Kult for VuK and put another project on hold.

These are absolutely minor issues when compared with people's health and I really do hope that everyone is soon doing well and they get their business back in order but I am rather resentful that they took my money fully aware that they were not going to be able to fulfil my order in anything approaching a timely fashion.

I made four orders all on the same day from four different sellers and I have received all three of the other orders. Hopefully I can get a refund on my order so I can get the figures I want for another source.

I see the their home page lists "new releases for January". Is this January 2014? The notice above about illness is several months old. I'd really like to hear some good news so I can re-place my order from back in the fall.

I had the same question myself....  I wasnt sure what 'January' the notice was for...

That is an automatic feature of their shopping cart software - if you look at the products you'll see that they aren't new

Hi Mike,

Thanks for posting up.  I had read that you had suffered some health issues in the recent past and that you had to slow down BCB for a bit, I hope that you're doing better healthwise.  This is far more important that toys and stuff.  I just wasnt sure where BCB's status was as of today and if it was feasible to place an order to receive in a timely manner now that you may be caught up.
