Yes on both counts.  Hopefully I will see my August order at some point soon.  I will reassess if and when that happens.

Fingers crossed.  I hate to see small, eclectic manufacturers like BCB having difficulties.  When manufacturers of these sorts of ranges go under - for whatever reasons -the whole hobby suffers.

I too have just received confirmation of an order from early July being just dispatched.

Just got my order and damn these are nice minis. thought they were nice looking at the site but they look so much nicer in person (so to speak). I got the 10 random deep one hybrids and they sent me 12 which is nice. I also got Lovecraft and his cat version 1 and they sent me an extra hand/weapons sprue. I'm very pleased.

Ditto.  I got in touch via their contact form a couple of weeks ago, seeing as things seem to be moving again to an extent, but no response.
