I can't say I'm not pleased that John wants to concentrate on Post-War... actually I'm ecstatic, but it does leave me wondering what will happen to the SCW range of figures and indeed the SCW-specific vehicles in the range.

Yes Jim, the SCW range is significant and hopefully will see light of day once more.

Cheers,

It seems, that warlord buys everything. I hope they could manage all their bought stuff and will release them. A lot of old Bolt Action stuff is still not re-released...

I don't recall FoA having a WW2 range per se, all of the minis illustrated are from John's SCW range so I fear that bodes ill for the rest of the range.

Like you the upside for me is more post war vehicles. John makes some lovely models and his customer service is excellent. He was kind enough to sell me some spare smoke dischargers to dress up some die cast Corgi Saladins.

I don't know the range but I'm sure they will stuff it up just like the old BA and BEF ranges.

My goal is to Complete the 28mm Greeks first(85% done) Jan or Feb 2014, then the 15mm Greeks(75% done)march 2014.
Then I will look at the SCW and try to complete the rest of the figure in the range and see what is missing from the range.
so any good comments on extra that are missing from the SCW are welcome.
If looking for any other item from FOA range my understanding is Warlord and empress miniatures.
I also picked up his early British BEF infantry.

I will stick up some pictures up when they are complete.
All ranges will be sold by Rif raf miniatures, Who will be selling them next year.
all figures are done in masters and I have only to redo the production moulds since my caster can only do 9" ( the old ones were 12").
Here a display game I put on
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=21739.0
the only outstanding figures to do for 28mm are sniper, ATR plus loader.
need to do in 15mm are the AA crew and motorbikes.
