Yes, you are right with the shield design. Some day it will all fit together, one Über-Army... :D

So you're the chap in White Dwarf then?  :D

Is that a converted Hrothyogg?

Yes it is. I bought him years ago damaged for very cheap money. His helmet was cut off for what reason ever his former owner did.
So I just modelled a Schallern helmet with green stuff on it.

No no, that was Paul Robbins I believe. I was fascinated by his award winning army in the green citadel miniatures catalogue and copied the shield design, though I changed it a little to my taste.

My miniatures were never featured in White Dwarf but I won a Slayer Sword in 2001 on German Games Day with my Warhammer Sigmarite Command Group.

Crappy pictures and a misspelled name. They read the 'er' in my second name as an 'u'. So I was called Elpus which gave my the nick name El Pussy for a long time within my friends... lol

Awesome paintjobs of a fantastic gathering of characters! I especially like the look of your metals. I agree, that fellow on the barrel is hysterical.  lol

Thanks for sharing such a cherished collection!

It's a very nice conversion!

I also really love the dwarf with the hand gonne on the tripod.

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.
