Thanks everyone for the compliments.
I have nearly finished painting Cernunnos, the Banshee and a couple of Hasslefree figs that fit in well. I will post some photos at the weekend.

Simply stunning, Mr Flunky!
Your painting skills are only matched by your ability with a camera.

Cernunnos - The horned God of the celts is finished and also from North Star games, a Banshee.
I liked the Cernunnos figures immediatly but compared to the gods of the other pantheons he was just standing around. I wanted a little more action so i changed his arm position and tried to paint it as if he was using magic.
Never tried painting magic before and its more or less OK, but i am not sure if it is obvious what he is doing.

Fab-u-lous.
Love the horned god. Very scary and pagan.

Superb work, Rob! The special effects on Cernunnos work especially well, looking forward to see the figure in the flesh. My vikings are far from finished, but we could use some from the club's stock for an OGAM test game.

Love your take on that Cernunnos figure.

It is such a nice sculpt, it ALMOST made me get into this OGAM thing, which I may well do at some point.

Couple more finished.
Celtic witch on undead troll and Oberon.
Both 28mm Hasslefree miniatures.
Basicly i consider any primiative barbarian looking figures with antlers on their heads as candidates for celtic myth  :D

The bloody horrible threads connecting the troll and the ground is a great idea but not mine - i found the idea on the web somewhere.
