Beautiful. A Victorian city is a daunting task!
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

WOW!!! I've always stayed away from Victorian stuff because there is no way I could get something like this done.  :( This is truly wondrous and I now plan to live vicariously through you! Thanks!  :-*

I just lifted my jaw from the floor!

I tip my hat to you Sir.

Pretty minis, great scenery and a BEAUTIFUL paint job.

Now I'll crawl to my wall hole in shame.

thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Its splendor has blinded me.

P.S. after reading your notes I see that K-Mart is selling Coventry Cove by Lemax carriages for cheap do you know if they are an appropriate size?

Thanks so much for all the kind words.  For the last year the wonderful, crazy, dark world of Victorian Gothic has been my playground and obsession.  When I posted this gallery it was both an act of sharing and vanity, and it means a great deal to know that you're enjoying what I have done.  Richard

kidterminal, I have no information on the Lemax Coventry Cove carriages.  My subway/underground entrance is Lemax, and it is wonderful, but when it comes to Lemax I tend to limit myself to things rather than people or animals because their people and animals tend to run large and I would guess that would influence the size of one of their carriages.  Sorry I can't be of more help.  Richard

A real masterpiece.
