Bleh, I keep getting an error message when I try to change my avatar. My pic-fu is no good!

I think you may need to upload the pic to the gallery here at LAF for it to work (that's how I do it, anyways)

And then pretend this is my new avatar...  lol lol


How the heck do you fit that many figs into a league?? I figured about ten is the limit?

I've tried to upload a 80x75 pixel 4KB file as my avatar twice and each time it has failed.

I have to be honest and say only the two miniatures in the dirty-white suits are actually wearing fezzes. I have added a fez to Lord Snapcase in PaintShop! So, 5 points for the avatar and 3 points for two minis, making 8 for me.

Okay, I finally figured out how to add a picture to the gallery (BEHOLD my amazing skills!!!)...

... So what's the secret trick to point the Avatar to the gallery pic?  ???

1) Go to your profile summary (click on 'User' above your current avatar)
2) Under 'Modify rPofile' click on 'Forum Profile Information'
3) Select the button next to 'I will upload my own photo'
4) Click on the button 'Choose File'
5) This will take you to your file directory

The image doesn't have to be in the gallery, but does have to to be the right size (mine is 79x75 pixels - yuor's is 80x80).

As more than one of you has (have?) had problems changing your avatar, I'm ruling that all entries count this time. Next year I'll probably run a tighter show, but for now, let's call it a day  :)

Oh, and I think I know what went wrong with the avatars; you have to reduce the file-size to below 6 KB, I think, not only 80x80 px.
