Well my site isn't up yet but What The?! Miniatures as of right now we have 2 minis in 34mm of a Luftfaust B grenadier and grenadier NCO with a C96.  I am going to be doing several rare WWII weapons by the end of the year.  Probably a couple USMC Marines armed with the Stinger hybrid mg, Germans with HEAT grenades and other rare and weird real weapons of WWII.  I'm a one man show so it is slow going but keep a look out for me.  You can buy the minis from my Battleground Weird War II forum (http://battlegroundweirdwarii.com/forum/index.php?topic=207.0) for now.  Official site will be up in July.

I like Mr Sims' WW2 figures but ,along with another noted company, I wish they would address the fixed MG gunners poses. They never look quite convincing.

The rest are lovely  :)

Those look... not right in some way I can't define. I think it's the heads (?). Ansell can do better.

Could it be the torso. They look slightly not the right shape, if that makes sense? :?

Thanks guys for your thoughts and comments.

Now I might be way off the mark here, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that there is something strange in some of the figures!

Its just not some of the figures shown here. Anatomically speaking, and from my collection of the BAM Finns and Soviets designed by Richard (which are nice) is the size of the head to body or viz a viz on some of the figures. Poses too on some of the figures leaves a question mark! Whilst I might be disappointed in some of the figures I'd still buy them because of the scarcity of the figures for the period in question that I wish to collect.

I hope Richard understands that this is an observations only!  8)

The one that stands out as odd to me is the NCO at the bottom right... his torso just looks too wide in the hips or something... though the figure might look fine in person (metal).

I think what you guys is seeing is either an optical illusion or maybe a result of overcropping in Photoshop by my photographer. The thing is these are done on the same dollies that the other GJ were done on.
